These PEX GUY Suspension Clamps are designed to hold 1″ PEX, CPVC, and Copper piping.  They can be mounted across studs/joists to hold your piping perpendicular to the mounted surface.  These clamps can be used as an isolator or conduit when piping is ran through studs/joists.  The grooves inside this clamp allows for minimal friction between the clamp and your pipe during expansion and contraction.
