Acceptance is expressly limited to the following terms and conditions and all different and additional terms proposed by Buyer are rejected unless expressly agreed upon by PEX superstore in writing. Acceptance of products constitutes acceptance of Seller’s terms and conditions. Any Questions, feel free to contact us.

All shipping and handling cost charged accordingly unless buyer who are in a closer vicinity contact us prior to purchasing. Most items ships out via FEDEX or USPS. PEXSuperstore.com has the discretion to which carrier it to use. Goods are shipped standard ground. Free and Fixed Shipping applicable to the lower 48 States only. Expedited shipping is available and should be arranged before the purchase to make sure we can ship them out on time. Since we are not FEDEX or USPS, we can control when and how it is shipped out but once they leave our facility, we have no control over how FEDEX or USPS delivers your packages.

All products listed on this site are ON STOCK and 99% of the time it will go out the next business day if not the SAME DAY. Inventory discrepacies rarely happens but when they do, we will let you know as soon as we can and give you the possible options to make sure you are taken cared of.

All merchandise is sold to customers for resale or for their own use. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all taxes or other assessments imposed by any local or federal government agencies. California Customers must present an adequate resale or tax exemption certificate prior to waiver of Sales Tax. Waiver application must be done prior to payment. We do not refund Sales taxes once it is already paid for.

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise buyer assumes responsibility of return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Freight is not refundable. All returns and cancellations will be subject to a 25% Restocking Charge unless we made mistake on the product listing.No returns or cancellations will be accepted without first obtaining an approval and a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number, no exceptions. Call us to obtain one.

This RMA Number must be visible on the returned packaging. Products must be returned in brand-new condition and original packaging to obtain a credit, minus the restocking charge and S&H. If products received are in non resalable condition, items will either be returned to the sender at sender’s expense or additional charges will be applied to pending credit amount. Credit will only be taken after issuance on a credit memo from the Original Manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for all return freight charges. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the original ship date.

We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please obtain an RMA # by calling us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Claims associated with shortage, loss or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. Buyer must inspect the merchandise immediately upon receiving the product(s). In order for buyer to be held blameless upon receipt of goods any visible damage to shipping container must be recorded on receiving receipt. Seller is not liable for: product damaged due to misuse or abuse during shipping, labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, removal, repair, or replacement as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are not covered in the warranty. Seller shall be held blameless in any claim of injury during installation of the products.
