  1. Valid on orders within the lower 48 states. Must be purchased at the same time and shipping to the same location.
  2. Free Shipping is by either FEDEX or USPS at the discretion of the PEXSuperstore.com.
  3.  Orders to AK or HI that will fit into USPS Flat Rate boxes may qualify for the free shipping promo but call us at 1-877-235-6352 to verify. Otherwise, call us and we can quote you over the phone prior to purchasing.
  4. Please call us for international shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for all related duties and taxes that your respective country charges. For Canadian buyers, please click here.

Shipping FAQS

  1. When will my order ship?
    PEXSuperstore.com typically ship within 1 business day if not the same day. Business Days do not include weekends and holidays. Some exceptions do apply such as if we feel that shipping directly from another location will get you your items sooner. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you and we may ship the items separately when it becomes on stock, your shipping charges is not affected if we decide to ship in separate boxes.
  2. My order was damaged during transit, what do I do?
    Please inspect, document and notify us within 3 business days after you receive your order if there is any damage or missing items. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the damaged or missing items and discuss options for your to get the replacement.
  3.  How do I return a product?
    All returns must have a prior approval by acquiring an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the items back. Please do not ship items back without obtaining RMA. We are not responsible or obligated to issue refund to the customers returning items without RMA approval. No returns will be processed without first obtaining RMA.
  4. Once I get RMA Authorization, how long do I have to ship the
    items back?
    RMA approval is valid within 2 weeks of being issued. Please ship the items as soon as possible and email us the tracking information so we can process the return as soon as possible.
  5. Are shipping charges refunded for authorized returns?
    Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your return. If your shipping charges aren’t refunded, please call 1-877-235-6352 to see if you’re eligible for a refund.
  6. If you placed and order and have not received it yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we’ll credit your account for the price if the items and any shipping costs.
  7. Can I ship my order to multiple locations? To ship items to more than one address, you’ll need to create a separate order to each shipping address.
